You may return your item within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and labels still attached.
To begin a return, email us at contact@rings-wear.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you receive your RMA number, pack the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days from the date we receive your item for the return to be processed.
