Returns
You may return your item within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and labels still attached.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email us at contact@rings-wear.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you receive your RMA number, pack the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Return shipping is covered by RingsWear. We will provide you with shipping instructions once your RMA number has been issued.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days from the date we receive your item for the return to be processed. After processing, refunds typically take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your card or payment statement, depending on your bank or card provider. We will email you to confirm once your refund has been processed.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us right away so we can arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
