To begin a return, email us at contact@rings-wear.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you receive your RMA number, pack the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days from the date we receive your item for the return to be processed. After processing, refunds typically take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your card or payment statement, depending on your bank or card provider.
